When majority of your natural lashes reach their last phase of hair growth, your lashes will start to fall out. Don't freak out, it is totally normal for everyone. Every person and body is different so your lash cycle may vary from a month to every three months. Medication, vitamins and hormonal changes will definitely play a big factor.

TIP: We recommend your re-lash appointments to be two weeks (mini re-lash) or three weeks (regular re-lash).

TIP: If you go beyond three weeks after your last lash appointment and more than 50% of your lashes are gone, we recommend a full-set of lashes.

Depending on what service you decide to do, our services may take one to three hours per appointment. We want you to be be comfortable and to relax. You will be laying down with a pillow and lightweight blanket to keep you cozy.

TIP: Refrain from drinking caffeinated beverages.

Your lash extensions fall off through time. Again, this is normal. We have a few tips to help your lash extensions stay on a bit longer.

TIP: When you schedule an appointment with us or any other company, it is best to avoid washing your hair for at least 24 hours. We want to make sure your lashes stay dry.

If you live an active lifestyle full of water sports or on a routine at the gym, keep in mind, the constant movement of water or sweating will give your lash extensions are shorter lifespan. We would recommend mini re-lash services.

TIP: Use oil-free makeup for long-lasting lashes. Oil-based makeup and skin care will breakdown your lash adhesive at a much faster rate.

TIP: Avoid steam from showers or even saunas and even steam from cooking. Avoid swimming in salt water or swimming pools and tanning beds for at least 48 hours - we know, it's tough to ask for living in paradise.
